Technique: As a method of saving time (and hand muscles) the layout and the printing are generated by computer.  The drawings are done by hand with rapidograph pens and ink and dry prismacolor pencils.    I use a toothy 65 lb. linen paper which is not ideal for pen and ink but gives a nice texture to the pencil work.  I first do a light pencil drawing on the paper, then ink, erase the pencil and add color.  Finished drawings are scanned and sent to the Pine Cone.
